Terms of Service

By creating an account or using InvoiceRescue you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

InvoiceRescue sends a sequence of payment reminder emails to the client email address you provide for an overdue invoice, in your name, until you mark the invoice as paid. We do not collect payments from your clients, give legal advice, or guarantee that any invoice will be paid.

Your responsibilities

• You may only add invoices that are genuinely owed to you, and only for clients you have a legitimate reason to contact.
• You must not use the service to harass, threaten, or deceive anyone, or to send unsolicited bulk email.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your clients, including rules on debt collection and electronic communications.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Pricing and payment

Your first invoice chase is free. After that, each invoice chase costs $9, charged once with no subscription. An optional Pro plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. For any question about a charge, contact support@invrescue.com.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Email delivery depends on third parties and we cannot guarantee that every message is delivered or read.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceRescue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including unpaid invoices, lost business, or disputes with your clients. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
